Made at highland tea factories in Kenya, our Highland Black Tea is bright, malty and unmistakably Kenyan. It is the tea we drink and ship every week, with nothing else in the bag.

How to brew
Kenyan chai
Simmer 1 tsp per cup in equal parts water and milk for 2–3 minutes, with fresh ginger if you like. Strain and sweeten.
With milk
1 tsp per 250 ml of water straight off the boil. Steep 3–5 minutes, then add milk.
Without milk
1 tsp per 250 ml. Steep about 3 minutes for a lighter, brighter cup.
